Our Story.
It’s no secret that our way of life, that has been considered the ‘norm’ for over five decades is causing significant problems. Historically, organisations and people have gone about their business in a way that is most effective and convenient for them, and therefore generally disregarding any potential negative impacts this may have on our world.
The Good Food Revolution wants to create a new ‘norm’, a way of life that aims to eliminate negative impacts towards our world, specifically in the areas of:
We want to invite you to be part of The Good Food Revolution, be part of creating a new ‘normal’.
We want our new 'normal' to consist of processes and ways of living that positively impact our environment, animal welfare and human health.
This may mean that your current habits of buying plastic water bottles, purchasing beef from wherever is cheapest and eating a packet of lollies a day, change to using a re-usable metal water bottle, buying beef from a local butcher that only supplies grass fed organic beef and eating a packet of lollies weekly.
The way we are living is not sustainable, nor is it the best way of living, for anything or anyone, our planet included.
The damage currently being done to our environment cannot continue if we want planet Earth to thrive for generations to come. Our current eating habits significantly contribute to major diseases that exist today, killing so many of us. Finally, our current animal food production practices are not only inhumane for the animals themselves, but these very practices also negatively impact both our environment and health, in a big way.
We intend to create change by inspiring each of you, and those part of the food industry, to create the new, better ‘norm’.
The Good Food Revolution, through education to all, support to food businesses, as well as advocacy for governmental change, commits to eliminating negative impacts towards the environment, all aspects of animal food production and human health.

Meet the Founder - Agatha McAndrew

Good Food Revolution was born as a result of my passion to help make a change in our world. As a mum of 2 young children, I want to do whatever I can to ensure future generations have a safe and healthy world to live in.
In 2018, I decided to embark on a new career in order to follow my passion and practice what I preach to my kids, ‘follow your heart and live your dreams’. After working in the corporate world for over a decade, I went back to studying and became a health and wellness coach. This, and my ever growing concern for the way our world and society is heading, made me realise that, if small but highly impactful changes can be made by as many people and corporations as possible, our world will become healthier, happier and better. And so, The Good Food Revolution was born.
I’m not an expert in sustainability, I don’t have a degree in health, nor am I a vet. I don’t need to be any of those things. Instead, I am an avid student of the things which I value deeply, and they include, our environment, our precious animals and humankind. I rely on the experts in this field, as well as the passionate community to help us reach our goals, because this social enterprise is for the wellbeing of all, and I believe we can do it, together.
